Three steps to your funds
Log in to your trading account
Access the client area and open the funds section of your dashboard.
Request your withdrawal
Withdrawals are credited back according to the payment method used for your deposit.
Processing within one business day
Our BackOffice Department starts the process within one business day when the Service Agreement requirements are met.
Example
- Initial deposit $1,000 via credit card
- Withdraw $1,500
- $1,000 is credited back to the same credit card and $500 is credited to your bank account.
Deposit and withdrawal limits
Card deposits
Credit card deposits are limited to a minimum amount of $200.
Card withdrawals
Credit card withdrawals are not limited to a minimum amount.
Wire transfers
Wire transfer withdrawals are limited to a minimum amount of USD 100.
If you have open positions while your withdrawal request is being processed, your withdrawable balance may be affected. A request that cannot be completed due to insufficient funds will be rejected; simply submit a new request within the limits of your withdrawable balance.
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to incomplete documentation or internal bank procedures. Bank fees result from the wire transfer execution and are not charged by us.
